Updated Heavenly Hands Hospice Visitor Procedures

Our primary goal at Heavenly Hands Hospice is the safety and well-being of our patients, families, and staff. To protect all those in our care, we must implement visitor precautions to protect everyone.  All visitors must have an appointment to enter the building. Additionally, we will now require screening of all visitors prior to entry into the Heavenly Hands Hospice building.

Effective immediately, all visitors are required to complete the Health Screening Questionnaire. If any questions are answered “yes,” access will be denied into the building. The meeting may be rescheduled.

According to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), if you have traveled to any of the following countries, had close contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19, or have cold or flu-like symptoms within the last 14 days, access to the budling will be denied.  Learn more about the list of travel locations.
